Thank you for the update. No joke since subscribing to your substack the day you announced it I have felt almost like an addict with the feeling of anticipation each time I open my Apple podcast app and hope to see Martyr Made auto populate up top with the new subscriber episode you mentioned was coming. I subscribe to a ton of podcasts but the only other one I pay for the subscriber feed to is Sam Harris’. I get a little hit of dopamine each time I see a new one of his come out so I recognize this feeling. But if that is a little hit, it is a euphoria hit when a new Martyr Made drops. In any case I partially jest, but just thank you so much for the work you are doing. To be able to listen and learn from such comprehensively well researched content is so unique and important to the future of education in the world in my opinion.
If you ever have questions about audio production, feel free to reach out... I'm a broadcast engineer, and should at least be able to point you in the right direction. Looking forward to the episode!
I really enjoyed how this episode turned out, even if it was an adjustment due to poor audio quality. I did enjoy the music overlays. They gave your reading a beatnik coffee house vibe that was appropriate for the material.
You mentioned something about being able to get the substack populated into our regular podcast stream. Any tips on how to do that so we don't have to play it on a webpage?
