Limited Edition Fine Art, signed by MartyrMade & artist Arthur Kwon Lee
Only 50 numbered prints will be made available
I try hard not to waste your time with corny trash. I put my soul into each episode I release, then stay up sweating at night over everything I could have done to make it better. I didn't push out MartyrMade t-shirts until I had time to work with competent designers and create something worth wearing.
And so, in collaboration with the artist Arthur Kwon Lee, I am VERY proud to present a LIMITED EDITION print of "Martyr Made" (2021), inspired by my episode "The Anti-Humans".
From the artist: "This intense masterpiece depicts the iconic bronze Boxer at Rest from the Hellenistic art period. The literary and aesthetic lineage of this statue is renowned for its symbolism of enduring great suffering. This limited edition print represents the sentiment of masculine resilience in the face of tragedy and a recognition of the monumental sacrifices that under girds the freedom that most Americans today take for granted. This work of art was produced whilst listening to the many articulations of The MartyrMade Podcast, which exhibits compassion for humanity and respect for tradition while acknowledging the bloody reality of human nature. -AKL"
Only 50 prints will be made available. (Make that 49, because one is going on my wall.)
Each print is 16" x 20", on high-quality Trisolv Gloss Stock paper, and includes a high-quality frame (size with frame is 18" x 22").
Each print is signed and numbered by the artist Arthur Kwon Lee, and me, Darryl Cooper.
Don't miss out on the opportunity. It is a brilliant piece of art, and once they're gone, they're gone.

Amongst the many interesting things Mohammad is alleged to have said is, “If I had but two loaves of bread, I would sell one and buy hyacinths, for they would feed my soul”.
Keep the bread, I’m here for the flowers.
